Rubber Coating Dipping
Rubber Coating
Rubber coating is one of the most popular method of coating. Basically used to seal tools or to give a appropriate coating on floor and other surfaces, rubber coating is very durable and available in a variety of colors. Rubber coating is usually in a liquefied form and has the consistency like that of glue but it is to be noted that rubber coating is much more stronger and thicker than glue. When applying a rubber coating to surfaces, it is necessary to coat the surface evenly and it is important to note that it should be done quickly so that all sides of the surface dry at the same time. Care should be taken to see that no bubbles of wet rubber coating are formed. We present below a step-by-step procedure to apply rubber coating on any surface.

There are two methods of applying by rubber coating: By dipping or by using paint brush.
